How can I pay my order?
Currently we use PayPal for the payment. If you do not have PayPal account, you can still pay using your debit/ credit card without login to PayPal page.
Where do I do my discount code?
Upon checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click "apply". Please be noted, only one discount code can be used per order.
What should I do if my payment doesn't work?
Please make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment or drop us a message.
Can I pay via bank transfer?
Please contact us directly for this payment option.
Where do you ship your products from?
We ship our items from Bali, Indonesia to worldwide with DHL Express.
How do I track my order?
We will provide a tracking number via email directly after we dispatch your item. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided via https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/tracking.html
How much is the shipping fee?
We proudly apply flat rate shipping $15.00 worldwide. For local shipping (Indonesia wide) the shipping is free of charge.
When will my order ship?
As all our products are handmade, we will need 5-7 days for bags, 7-10 days for sandals, and 10-14 days for boots, before we dispatch the order.
What happens if my order is not delivered or has gone missing?
In the case where DHL Express is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, or otherwise, Seminyak Leather Bali is not liable for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier (which includes any unpaid customs or taxes).
In addition to this, Seminyak Leather Bali is not responsible for any fees incurred upon re-shipping merchandise to the customer - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for any missing shipments once dispatched, however will do our best to assist you with locating your shipment.

Do I have to pay importation costs and/or taxes on my shipment?
A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be aware that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products and taxes etc., Seminyak Leather Bali cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We hope that you will be thrilled with your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defect item, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. You may return any damaged products to us within 7 days upon receiving.
Please contact us via e-mail to email@example.com who will be happy to assist in arranging you a replacement.
How do I submit a return and how is this processed?
If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.

What kind of materials do you use for your goods?
We use only genuine cow, goat, sheep, and lamb leather sourced ethically and locally in Java, Indonesia.
